Foundation Taster Ceramics Hand Building Monday

Join us for a 4-week introductory ceramics course at our well-established studio, where we blend a variety of clays, techniques, and glazes. With experienced instructors dedicated to providing quality education, you’ll gain foundational skills in a fully equipped environment.

Classes will cover essential techniques such as hand-building, including pinch pots, coil vessels, slab construction, and surface decoration. Participants can explore diverse methods or focus on specific interests, with projects designed for both functional and non-functional outcomes.

These classes serve as a perfect introduction, allowing you to decide if you want to pursue further ceramics education through our intermediate offerings. Each session is 3 hours long, giving you ample time to dive deep into each technique while honoring the integrity of the clay and the creativity of the maker.
